Showcase Spirit Policies

Please read all policies carefully. 

Showcase communicates with our members via the email address provided.

Membership:Register online at www.ShowcaseHudsonNH.com

Membership to Showcase Spirit is $35.00 for a Basic Student Membership or $50.00 for a Premium Student Membership. Our membership fee is annual and is non-refundable. Membership provides our community with access to our classes, private lessons, special community events and promotions that are not always available to non-members. If your membership expires, students will be removed from their scheduled classes, until membership is renewed. If membership is not renewed, your space will not longer be held in all classes or private lessons.

Communications:

  • At Showcase, we go to great lengths to keep you informed and up to date.

  • Weekly Wednesday E-Newsletter, Email, Facebook and Lobby Communication Center

  • If you are not getting our emails, please notify the front desk.

  • Conferences - For students and parents, if requested.

  • Questions - We are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your student or our programs. Let us know if we can help you in any way.

Communication Calendar &  Parent Portal:

Showcase Spirit families can find studio closings and events on our Community Calendar located at

www.ShowcaseHudsonNH.com or by visiting the Parent Portal.

Every registered Showcase student has a Parent portal. You can register, drop in, schedule private lessons or additional Showcase events by visiting our website and clicking on the Parent Portal tab. Your parent portal is your personalized location to make payments and adjust account information. Your parent portal is created under the email address provided at registration. To change, reset or adjust your parent portal, visit ShowcaseHudsonNH.com or visit the front desk for a password reset.

Tuition Fees & Payments:

  • Tuition rates are based on a 12 month season, including studio holidays, schedule closing and 2 weather closing per season, not by the number of classes in the month. A full season of tumbling includes a minimum of 45 lessons.

  • Tuition fees are paid monthly. After becoming a member, monthly tuition for all group classes, must be paid by automatic bank account debit or automatic credit card payment. This automatic payment will be kept on file.

  • Tuition will be debited or charged from your account on file on the 1st day of each month. Should a circumstance arrive, where you need to pay by cash or check, payment should be receive 5 days before the 1st of the month.

  • Tuition fees that are not paid by the 5th of the month will receive a $15.00 late fee. Following this, accounts not paid within terms are subject to an accruing 5% monthly finance charge until paid. Accounts more than 60 days past due may be submitted to collection services and you will no longer be eligible to participate in the program.

NSF Fees:

NSF on paper checks, auto-debit, or auto-charge payments will incur a $35 NSF fee which will be paid at the front desk along with the tuition.

Rescheduling & Substitution:

Showcase reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regular teacher is ill or is otherwise unable to teach. Showcase reserves the right to reschedule or combine classes, or change the teacher, if the teacher is no longer available.

Withdrawel from Class:

  • There is a two month minimum for all group classes.

  • Minimum of 5 days notice from the first of the month is required to discontinue any payments. 

  • To withdraw a parent must: 1) inform the studio in person, and 2) complete and sign a withdrawal form. Automatic bank debiting or credit card charges will stop after a written notice is filed.

  • Showcase Spirit Tumbling Classes are continuous program. Your classes will not stop unless you wish to withdrawal from a class, your student Step Up to a higher level tumbling class, or you are notified of a class time and change.

Refunds/Credit on Account:

  • Refunds to your card on file are only issued when Showcase cancels a class due to low enrollment or conflict with gym time or schedule.

  • Showcase accounts will be credited with funds for future use when the student initiates the schedule change. Credit will be applied to any Showcase tuition or fees due within one year.

Private Lesson & Private Lesson Cancellation Policy:

Private lessons are reserved for Showcase members only. Private lessons are to be booked in 30 minute increments only. Should longer than 30 minutes be booked, Showcase reserves the right to cancel the additional time, and apply a refund on the account.

All private lessons cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will receive a full credit to the Showcase account. No-show lessons or lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, for any reason, will be charged the full amount.

Should Showcase need to cancel a private for any reason, the option will be given for a complete refund or a credit on the account.

Discounts:

  • Siblings that are in the Showcase Spirit program will receive a 5% discount on the smaller tuition account. No sibling discounts for teams, specialty classes, camps clinics, private lessons or Registration Fees.

  • Tumblers are encouraged to take advantage of our Multi-Class Discounts for maximum progress & value. The second class is offered at 5% off and three or more classes are offered at 10% off.

Lost Found & Security:

• A lost and found basket is located in the student lounge. Please check the lost and found basket regularly as all lost and found items are donated to Goodwill on the 1st and 15th of each month.

• Security cameras are located in common areas for safety and security. Showcase is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Attendance & Make Up Policy:

Regular attendance is vital to student progress. Please make every effort to attend each class. Students may make up missed classes. Students may make-up no more than 8 per membership year, unless the student is injured with a doctors note. 

Make-up classes must be scheduled in advanced can be scheduled on your Parent Portal at ShowcaseHudsonNH,com or by calling the 603-883-0055.

Students may make-up classes in the equivalent or lower class tumble class or an open tumble of choice.

Injury & Return to Class:

If a student is injured and needs to miss classes for any reason, a doctors note is required for the student to return to class. Makeup classes for injured student can be schedule following their return to class and note. If a student is injured in class, an ice pack will be provided and a parent will be notified. An injury report form will need to be filled out by the supervising teacher and parent.

Step Up & Change of Class:

  • Once a student has mastered the skills required to Step Up/promote to the next more advanced tumbling level, a Showcase Team member will contact the parent/guardian on file to notify the parent of the promotion. Following parent conversation, a Step Up Ceremony will be scheduled in the gym. This ceremony is open to all families members as our way of congratulating and celebrating the students accomplishment.

  • If you wish to Change your Class Day and Time, but stay in the Showcase Spirit program, you should stop by the desk or notify the support staff in writing via email. To switch a class day and time, a Change of Class Charge of $10.00 will be applied to your account. This allows members to avoid any wait list that may on the class of choice.

Community:

Showcase strives to provide our families with a lively community. Parents, students and extended family/community members are encouraged to actively participate in our community outreach programs, gives back efforts, parent and student nights out, carpool and meal sharing parent groups. To stay acitive in our community follow and comment on our various social media pages and stay up to date on our Weekly Wednesday information.

Parent Observation:

  • Parents are invited to watch in all of our observation windows, participate in our yearly Parent Participation week and enter the gym for Step Up ceremonies.

  • We ask that you observe quietly, that cell phones be turned off, and that siblings are monitored and quiet during observations.

  • Do not speak to your students through the observation window, knock on the glass, or open the gym door. If you wish to speak with your child's coach on a behavioral issue or coaching concern, please do this before or after class. Entering the classroom or knocking on the glass can be a distraction for the other students. Additionally, it is important that students learn the trust their coach and learn the make decisions and behavioral choices independently.

Inclement Weather Policy:

In the event of inclement weather, an email will be sent and a Facebook post made by 2:00pm if classes are cancelled (by 8:00am for morning classes). Please note that we do not necessarily follow school closings as roads are often cleared by the time classes begin. If you wish, any cancelled classes may be made up on your own time, See the make-up polices.

Building Safety & Etiquette:

  • Showcase prides itself on providing our building with a safe,clean and family-friendly environment. Please help us keep our building clean by bringing trash to bins and reporting anything that is unsafe or unsanitary to the Showcase team.

  • Please keep from running or yelling the hallways. Please speak in an "inside" voice as we can hear into all classroom and it can be distracting to our students. Please keep food in the designated areas only (lobby and lounge.)

  • Only water is allowed in the classrooms, gyms and hallways. Chairs should remain in the lobby and not placed in front of observation windows, due to fire safety.

  • Showcase staff is only responsible for supervising students safety and behavior while they are in a scheduled class.

Student Pick Up & Drop Off:

  • Students should not arrive more than 15 minutes before their scheduled class time. Student under 10 should not be without supervision in the building prior to their scheduled class. 

  • Students should not be picked up after their scheduled class time. Students under 10 will not be permitted to leave the building without a parent or a call that a parent is waiting in the Showcase lot.

  • Students who are picked up late, after the school closes with be subjected to a $20.00 charge for the first 5 minutes and $1.00 for every minute following.

  • If your student is leaving with someone other than whom they arrived with, please be sure to notify the front desk. If they are leaving with an unfamiliar adult, please make sure that adult is prepared to show a photo ID, before removing the child from the building. We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for your support of our commitment to safety.

Open Tumble:

  • Students are encouraged to take Open Tumble classes to gain confidence and additional mat time to help with the progression of their skills. Students can take as many or as few open tumbles per week as they wish.

  • To drop in to an Open Tumble, the cost is $10.00. Students must preregister by 4:00pm the day of to ensure we have enough staff in the gym. You can register in your parent portal at www.ShowcaseHudsonNH.com or call 603-883-0055.

  • Many families opt to enroll in Unlimited Open Tumble. The cost of Unlimited Open Tumble if $75.00. Unlimited Open Tumble allows the student to take as many open tumbles as they wish at the unlimited price. You also do not have preregister as an Open Tumble student, your space is held automatically. Unlimited Tumble can not be shared between family members. Withdrawing from Open Tumble is the same as any other class

Showcase Spirit reserves the right to change these policies at anytime.
