Tuition fees & Payments 2019-2020*

Tuition rates are for the full season (12 month year for dance and tumbling)  not by the number of classes per month.

Tuition fees are paid monthly or annually by auto-pay using, MASTERCARD, or VISA.  

All account must have a credit card on file.

If tuition is not paid by the 10th of the month a late fee will be applied and your tuition will be drafted from the card on file.


Dance & Acro Program


Children’s Classes - Ages 2-4 


1/2 hour class - $44.00

First Class Full Price - Second Class 5% - Three or More Classes 10% 


Kindergarten Classes

Graded Technique

Dedicated Dancer:


3 1/4 hours - 4 3/4 hours - $195.00

*No additional discounts will be applied with the dedicated dancer program i.e. sibling discounts

Dedicated dancer only applies to classes on the regular schedule. Does not include clinic, workshops etc.

Tumbling Program (Showcase Spirit)

1 hour class - $66.00

Music Program

1/2 hour private lesson - $25.00

Costume Orders/Exchanges
All classes have a costume unless noted
Recital costumes are paid by automatic debit/charge on the 15th of each month (Oct, Nov) and the Final balance (if applicable) on the 15 of Jan. Non refundable. Non-exchangable. Costumes will not be ordered unless paid in full. 
Students are measured for costumes in November, All costume alterations are the responsibility of the parent/guardian, NOT SHOWCASE


NSF on paper checks, auto-debit, or auto-charge payments will be charged a $35.00 NSF fee which must be paid at the front desk along with tuition.


Withdrawal from classes

There is a two month minimum for all lessons. One month notice from the 1st of the month is required to discontinue any payments. To withdrawal from a program a parent must:

1) inform the studio VIA EMAIL,

2) complete and sign a withdrawal form. All automatic bank debiting or credit card charges will stop after the one month notice period.


Rescheduling & Substitution

SHOWCASE has the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regular teacher is ill or is otherwise unable to teach. SHOWCASE has the right to combine, cancel or reschedule classes. A minimum of 6 students per class is required.


Refunds/Credit Vouchers

Refunds are only issued when SHOWCASE cancels a class due to low enrollment. Credit vouchers will be issued when the student initiates the schedule change. Vouchers may be applied to any SHOWCASE tuition or fees and must be used within one year. A minimum of two months of classes is required to participate.

Membership Fee:

You may register on line, by mail, or in person. $35.00 membership fee per student Enroll early class may fill quickly. A paper copy registration form must be filled out at the first class your student attends.
