Admissions & Enrollment
Bloom serves children ages 3 years to 5 years. No child will be denied admission on the basis of race,
religion, or handicap. Bloom does retain the right to deny admission if all our slots for a particular child’s age group are filled or if the center does not see it as a good fit.
Annual Registration fee
A non-refundable $100.00 annual registration fee is due upon enrollment. This secures your child's place in the Bloom preschool prep program.
Tuition
The number of days each week your child is scheduled to attend Bloom will determine your tuition rate. Bloom currently offers part time schedules. After selecting the desired day per week you are responsible for payment of that schedule whether or not your child attends (unless a schedule change has been confirmed by the director/assistant director in writing). Statements and receipts can be provided upon request.
Discounts

5% sibling discount for the oldest sibling if both children are enrolled at least three days per week.

5% discount for children of military parent(s) (with an active military ID)
Re-registration Fee
Enrollment paperwork will be updated annually and a $100 annual registration fee is requested to supplement classroom supplies for the school year.
Vacations
After 90 days of enrollment, families are allotted one tuition free week per year (year begins at start date). For full time children a week consists of 5 days, for part time children your week will consist of the amount of days your child is scheduled to attend the center. The week you choose to use your vacation, the child must be absent from the center. The tuition free week will not roll over. Vacation days cannot be broken up over multiple weeks. .
Absences:
Bloom does not provide sick care. Please make sure to reference the illness guidelines policies included in your parent packet or call the center with any questions. Tuition rates will not differ during weeks in which your child may be absent due to illness or family emergencies. If your family experiences a catastrophic emergency or illness please see the office and we will make arrangements accordingly for tuition.
